Helight does not claim any medical indication. The EU Regulation 2017/745 of the European Parliament and of the council, applicable in May 2020, which replaces the EC directive 93/42 stipulates in annex XVI, that this type of device having no medical destination, emitting electromagnetic radiation at low intensity does not fall under a medical CE marking.
