60-Day Trial Policy
The 60-day trial policy applies only to Helight Sleep and Helight Sleep Kidzzz devices purchased online at helight.com or at the Helight Centre in Montreal.
Contact us via email at info@helight.com or by phone at 514 289 9900 before the end of the 60-day period following the date of receipt of the device.
The return procedure will be explained to you. Please check your junk mail folder; our team responds diligently to all emails.
Please note that we do not send a return label. The return is at the customer's expense.
The device and all its accessories including the user manual must be clean and intact, in the original box, in AS NEW condition. Any device that does not meet this condition may be refused by our customer service and subject to being returned to the sender.
A $10 fee applies for each missing accessory.
Returns whose shipping date exceeds the 60-day trial period will be refused. The postmark will be proof of the shipping date. In this case, customer service will attempt to contact the customer; the device will be kept for 30 days; after this period, no refund will be made. The customer will have to pay the shipping costs if they wish to recover their device.
Shipping costs, both ways, are not refunded.
Helight Canada is not responsible for the loss of a returned package, a package sent to the wrong address or any damage caused by return shipping. All returns will be reviewed and processed by our department within 5 business days of receipt.
